I had a great first experience at this salon. They were very professional in following up with me to confirm my appointment. The wait time was very minimal and both she and Karen were cordial and professional. Once I got started with my appointment, Danita (my stylist) was very attentive to what I wanted to do- I got a cut which I desperately needed. She asked me about my existing hair regimen and offered advice/suggestions for any questions I had. She explained every process she did to my hair and why she had to do so. My haircut was exactly what I wanted. I got an excellent cut and will definitely be back for future appointments.

Karen is the best colorist I've had. She is great at customizing a color that perfect for you. In the past I have left other stylists feeling disappointed. With Karen it's the exact opposite. She will explain how to manage your hair outside the salon to keep it in good condition. She also gives reasons as to why a color may or may not work for you. She will make your hair dream a reality.

Such an amazing salon and experience! Never disappointed in the treatment and care of my daughter's hair! I have gained a wealth of knowledge and my daughter has gained extra family members!! We LOVE KWB!

This establishment is perfect. I am pleased with the lack of noise as many salons have. It is clean. You feel very comfortable and as if you are number one. The wait time was great and beats any other salon that I have been too. This is important to me because of health reasons. I will be back. Be BLESSED!!!

She is the first stylist I've come across yet that respects your time while providing professional quality service. I love that She is very knowledgeable and educates you about your hair as she's going through the process. She's very concerned about what your goals are in regards to your hair care and health.
