I simply cannot stress how horrible this entire experience was for me. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was the worst hair "salon" visit of my entire life. I couldn't get a last minute appointment at my usual place so I decided to take a chance on Hair Cuttery. (Preface- the worker quoted the service being $90 with NO blow dry or tip.) I went in to get my roots darkened and my "stylist" spent less than ten minutes putting color on my hair. He neglected to use foils and was in such a rush that he spilled and splattered dark brown hair dye all over the blonde middle parts and ends of my hair, staining it permanently. He missed several spots and I had to actually ask both him and another employee to come back over to fix his multiple mistakes. He spent a good five minutes insulting my hair, commenting on how he thought my hair looked dry and "straw like" and tried to push unnecessary services on me. He then left me, with wet hair, sitting with my head in the bowl for over 30 minutes as he moved on to another customer and forgot about me all together. I ended up having to get up and ask for help from another employee just to get my hair washed out. My hair looks like it was done by someone with absolutely no experience because my stylist was incompetent and unprofessional. I feel as if the picture justifies the way I feel. Once again, I cannot stress how terrible it is at The Hair Cuttery and I strongly, strongly discourage anyone from going there.

Not good below average, why do you name a shampoo as scalp massage and charge more. That is kind of cheating..

I visit there with my husband and daughter..my husband hair cut was good..but my daughter hair cut was average

Many thanks to Melissa. She did such a great job on my hair. Plus she was easy to talk to and helped me pick out some great hair products. A VERY BIG THANKS to all the ladies that had to wait a little past closing to go home(3-20-17) so that I could get the very best client attention. I believe I have found my hair stylist. Thanks again.
