Lisa was absolutely fantastic! She gave me quite a few pointers about my hair and hair type. She’s passionate about hair but that goes without saying. Her actions and work prove that. I was able to check in online and walk right in. I was very pleased!

Greeted right away and the wait time was short. Sadly, the stylist I use to go to was no longer there. The stylist was friendly, but did a terrible job. I showed her a picture of myself with the style I wanted. I got home, my hair was uneven and hacked. I went back the next day. I was hoping she wasn't there and someone else could fix it, no such luck. She cut some more off and it is still terrible!

I am sad to give this place only two stars. I went on a busy day and the staff was fast and friendly. The men's cuts I saw looked good. I was getting 2-3 inches taken off my hair. The cut looked okay in the quick look I got before I left but once I got home I could see that it was uneven in many places. It was also a completely blunt cut so the places where it was different lengths were really obvious. I would not recommend going here if you are getting a woman's haircut. I am going to end up going somewhere else to get this fixed. I got what I paid for I guess.

So very sorry to learn today that Tiffany is no longer working there. I could always count on no surprise in my haircut. Not sure I will visit Great Clips again.
