They went up on prices and I been to them twice. Prices change on the same style I get all the time. Kady sister did my hair and she pulled out my edges. I told her I was hurting and she kept using that same hard grip. She kept pulling my hair and sticking me with the comb. I have natural thick hair, medium length and I had my braids in for a week today. I lost 4 braids from my edges in a week. My hair came out with the braids. I’m so disappointed. I Will be contacting better business bureau because this is just bad business.

I have been coming to Kady No. 1 Hair Braiding for 5 years and they never disappoint! The prices are fair and I am never in the chair for an extensive amount of time. The staff is very polite, as they interact with all their customers and are sure to continuously check if they are comfortable. Compared to other African hair braiding shops in the area, this is a for sure place to go. I have no intentions on going anywhere else as my hair is flawless every time I leave and the compliments I get on my hair are endless. Book them as you will not regret it:)

This was my first time getting my hair braided at Kady No1 Hair braiding. Not only was I pleased at how professional the braiders were, I was also pleased with how gorgeous my hair looked as well as the short period of time being spent in the chair. Every time I'm out and about, I constantly have ladies complimenting me on my hair! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for an excellent braid shop!

Disgiusting does not specialize in natrual hair so if you have natrual texture hair dont go they only want girls with damaged permed hair that is breaking of with uneven split ends they had know natrual hair care products to loosen up the curls the lady asked me to do her job and comb the hair and there where wild kids running all over the place it wasnt clean and had a crapy air conditioner do yourself a favor and save your money and go to someone else in glen allen and there attitude's are terrible and they barely speak any english NOT TO MENTION THEY TAKE FOREVER 2 BRAID HAIR ONE LADY SAID SHE ARRIVED THERE AT 8AM AND SHE DIDNT 6 PM THEY ALL TAKE BREAKS SOME AS LONG AS 45MINS AT A TIME NOT WORTH IT IM WARNING EVERY PRETTY BLACK NATRUAL BARBIE STAY AWAY EVEN IF YOU HAVE PERMED HAIR YOU WANT YOUR PERMED HAIR TO LOOK ON FLEEK AND 2 B HEALTHY THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR PERMED HAIR AND NATRAUL HAIR OUT DONT DO IT!
