Very disappointed. I bought a groupon for the Cutie set and a refill for $99. According to her website, the cost was $120 for the set and $50 for the refill. I had wanted to upgrade to the next set which was $135 for the set and $55 for the refill. When I asked to upgrade, she advised it would be $89 to upgrade. After explaining 3 seperate times that it should be a total of $20 to upgrade ($15 from the difference in the sets and an additional $5 for the refill) , I gave up. Otherwise, I would have been paying full price for the services even with the groupon. After my last explanation, Shaneaka just stopped answering. Bummed to say the least; I had seen really good reviews and was excited to give her a try.
