The service is polite and quick. The barbers are skilled. I previously gave them 5 stars. Taking off a star because they have raised their prices quite a bit since I first visited. Although, it's still cheaper than most of the other salons in the city.

Went here for a $16 haircut, and despite my barber being a little distracted, I got a better cut than places that cost more, take longer, and have less distractions. It was also nice to see the clientele interaction, especially one guy who flew all the way from Virginia for a cut. While I think that's a little excessive, I can see the appeal.

I've had two haircuts here by two people both shown the same photo. Heidi did a great job and I was very happy with her work. One of the other two guys who works there did not do a good job. It was one of the most rushed, uneven haircuts I've ever received.
