Simply awful experience. Met about hair loss with consultant (not to be catty, but she really needs a hair consultation herself). She didn't speak confidently about options. No pictures of what could be done with hair pieces -- the samples of which were completely nasty, 2 feet long and wrong color. Bottom line is "give us $250 and we'll see if this works for you"...and you can't have any money back if it doesn't. No thanks!

Cazoua and the team at Avvair are the best!! They went above and beyond in helping me find hair color that is safe for my dye allergy. I appreciate all the time that was spent in accomplishing a safe and beautiful new color. The salon is very relaxing, I like that each stylist has a private room. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Tanya for several years. I followed her to Avvair from another salon as it's rare that you find a colorist/ stylist as professional and caring. The staff is friendly, including the owner who is a magnificent female business owner! While the building itself is a bit older, I appreciate the private rooms that lend to courteous attention and private conversation.

I was rudely told to reschedule within seconds of walking into the door. I wasn't given the opportunity to explain my 20 min tardiness - a friend called about a death in her family. When I set up the appointment, they were initially going to schedule me for 5:30pm appt but I elected for 5 so I know that I wasn't encroaching on after hours and that the woman just decided to be immediately unwelcoming. I guess I'm glad. Better to find out someone's unhappiness with you before they cut your hair rather than during or after. #bebetter #businesselsewhere

I love how sweet and friendly everyone is! Private rooms for haircuts, delicious door county coffee, clean and organized waiting area, and very professional staff! I would highly recommend this place for all your hair needs! Wigs, hair pieces, color, etc! They pretty much do it all :D
