Inconsistency...you really don't know if you're gonna get a good cut or not. Have gotten 2 of the worst cuts in my life there. Don't know why I even went back.

Great service and a nice cut. Also had my brows done and style as well which looked great and held up for over 10 hours. Reasonable price and exactly what I expected.

The girls were great with my 2 boys (3&5). They let my boys sit and play in the car. The young blonde manager gave them balloons and suckers. My boys felt like superstars. I returned for a hilite a week later and they were really helpful showing me swatches and assuring me of the exact outcome. My cut was exactly what I asked for and they sent me home with lots of coupons. I plan to continue going back. Great Customer Service!
