They literally make you take down regative reviews in order for them to fix your issue. Much better salons in Milwaukee - don’t come here. Their rating is high because they refuse to help you/ make the situation right unless you take down a negative review.

The overall service and friendliness of this location is amazing. Even better it's the home of my favorite stylist Samantha! She is a master of cut and color. Every time I leave I'm not only extremely happy with my look, but I also receive an endless stream of complements. I would highly recommend booking with Samantha for your next cut and especially if you're getting some color. She is so so skilled that no matter what phase your color is in, it's always looking fabulous! I honestly cannot recommend her enough!

Kirsten did a wonderful job on four of my bridesmaids for my wedding on 9/2/16. She was on time, well prepared, and did a fantastic job! All of the girls' makeup looked gorgeous but still natural. And as always she was super friendly and a pleasure to work with! She has also been cutting my hair for the last year and always does exactly what I ask of her. An awesome artist all around!

Dez is an amazing artist and overall hair genius. 5/18/17 - I again return for a service with Dez. This stylist is just fabulous. Amazing best kept secret in Milwaukee. I only compare her with my stylist in London. As for the salon, the buzz is super friendly and so well mannered, polite and the place is actually HIP. Something I have not seen since Malcolm of London was right across the street in the 80s - not quite - but it is almost there. Remember in those days there was no social media, so the salon was where you got your fashion, music- hair - gossip, happening spots in town, et. al. My only suggestion- offer a glass of wine to customers - there are days when that would be the icing.
