Wonderful experience! I went in as part of a bridal party. The stylist listened and looked at the pictures that I brought. She was able to help me narrow down what I wanted and it looked beautiful when my hair was finished. All of the appointments were timely, well executed and all the staff was welcoming. All eight of us in the party were taken care so well!

I found Tailored through a quick internet search and after looking at their reviews and their location I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! My stylist was Gabby and I couldn't be more happier with my cut. I can honestly say this is the first time that a stylist has ever taken time and talked to me about my hair, my routine, lifestyle, to best fashion a cut and products that are best for me. Gabby took the time to show me how to actually use the products and I really appreciated that. She was very nice and I enjoyed talking to her throughout my appointment! I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Was looking for a salon I could trust in Milwaukee (my new home at the time) to chop off 14” of hair to be donated. I found Tailored salon online and I’m so glad I did. I’m typically pretty frugal, so I wasn’t sure if I was going to go here for every hair cut, but once I went to Tailored, I’ve never gone anywhere else! I totally trust Nora with my hair. She takes the time to find out what I want to do, asks good questions to make sure she’s understanding, and does a great job executing it. She also is wonderful and makes me relax and enjoy the head massage/shampoo. (Honestly appreciate that so much!) The whole staff is really friendly and kind! Definitely recommend it to everyone I know!

Tailored Salon was a huge disappointment. The girl I had was not only brand new and under qualified, but she was also very rude. I waited an hour to see her and then when I told her what I wanted, she immediately started saying it would take too much time (?) which is simply not true and also an unprofessional thing to say after making me wait for an hour. She was frustrated and outright refused to do what I asked and then tried to overcharge me. Worst salon experience.

Fantastic service. Nora is absolutely amazing. She communicates everything very clearly and does a fantastic job everytime I see her. I'm so excited to have such a great stylist so close to where I live.
