I am travelling from Australia. I based my decision to use this salon not only on the excellent online reviews but also on the warm and attentive welcome I was given by Ruzel when I went in to the salon to check it out and book. Ruzel also gave me an estimate on cost (costing is done differently in Australia) and she ended up being spot on. Vanessa assessed my hair and we decided to colour it differently to how I have been having it done in Australia. She did an EXCELLENT job, not only with the colouring but also cut (again, after discussion she cut it a little differently and it is so much better!). I am so pleased I went to B Towne Salon. The women who were all working that day were warm and attentive to their customers, and the salon had a really lovely vibe. Most of all though, I just love my hair now. Excellent highlights/low lights, excellent cut. Great job thanks Vanessa!

Kaitlin was so lovely and basically read my mind. She gave me exactly what I asked for (gorgeous layers) and I’m so so happy with my hair! 100% recommended this salon.

Best place in Banff to get your hair done for sure. Vanessa did such an amazing job for my hair color! She is very meticulous in her work. Very satisfied with my experience there!! They always make sure you leave happy.

Booked an appointment to get my colour refreshed, but to keep it as natural as possible. Vanesa listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered! Will definitely be back!
