A fabulous experience! Sarah H. has become my new favorite hair stylist. She explains what she is doing and always asks if things are on track. Today I recieved a free color shampoo as their monthly promotion. She also provided hair product suggestions and tips without pressure to buy. Only downside is not having a tip option on the debit machine - would love to compensate good work.

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied--this place gets no stars. I will NEVER go here EVER again!!!! The girl with the long blue hair, Andrea, cut my hair this afternoon(march26/18) and ruined it, I look like an ugly boy and there isn't even anything left of my hair to fix it's so short. I hate my hair and they still made me pay. $15 off doesn't compensate for the emotional damage this experience is putting me through, I went there to feel better not worse.

It is a disaster! My adventure started with chatters there was an amazing stylist that did a great job on my high lights and low lights ! Then I went to another stylist somewhere else for a touch up big mistake. So I knew if I went back to chatters this stylist would know what to do. Well sad to say she moved ðŸ˜ª so they book me with a role they claim knows colours no change to my hair but now it is darker and ashy ðŸ˜© so I call the manager days they will fix it lol ! I go in the stylist was more experienced and very nice I must say..i showed her a pic of what my hair looked like she said no problem!! Well there is a problem from high light low lights I have now gone to a reddish copper looking color so upset!! I would not recommend chatters to my family or friends it looks again like one sold gross color. I then get charged for a cut that was laughable it was a trim and a bonding solution to protect my hair so now from 150.00 add another 63.00 so unfair. They charge you for every little thing they screwed my hair up should not of cost a penny my hair is wrecked!!!!!
