I've been going to supercuts for a long time and have always had a great experience while doing so! Kayelee is my go to for a trim, and does it how I want every time! The rest of the staff there is also super friendly and hilarious. I'll definitely be going back again!

Awesome place! Go here for a deep condition and a trim and always makes my hair feel better and softer :) definitely recommend Kayelee and all the friendly staff there!

Unfriendly. Didn’t get “free hot towel after every haircut” like promised( with signs all over store and on website). Tons of stray hairs left in hair. Didn’t listen to what I wanted and cut way to short. Horrible experience. Same price as other places with better quality cuts.

Been coming here since I moved to Lethbridge. Kayelee has cut my hair everytime except once and now I always make sure she is there when I'm ready for a trim. Very courteous and polite. Great customer service.
