Worst hair cut and rude service

If I can I will give even 0, First I called and asked for prices, but didn’t get any TJ said he need to see, He said he is stylist with 20 years experience and I thought it would be my lucky day, finally I will find good hairdresser. I want to do haircut and root colouring. I show the picture what kind of haircut I want and also explained my problems with previous haircut it was not properly layered on my one side and I always has a second line On my right side. But TJ said that he understand what I am talking about and he said that I will not have that problem at this time. After he did haircut and highlights and styling my hair looks great, but in the back not exactly what I show him, but I think it’s ok. But after I washed my hair and didn’t do styling my haircut looks awful, I have the same problem (second shorter line on my right side and also in the back it was not looks good as well. I decided to go back and ask for refund, because I am not satisfied with that. When I came and
