I went here after consulting at other hair studios and I found the staff initially to be very pleasant. My stylist seemed pretty great and promised to help me get the shade of red I've been dreaming of, with a dye I could come in every 8-10 weeks to top up. I thought it was odd that the dye itself is a wash-off type, but I don't work there so I shrugged it off. After 3 weeks though, my hair was barely red anymore. I wondered if maybe I was just "color blind" to the shade after seeing it on myself for awhile, and Im a student so I was studying for exams but decided after 1 more week I was definitely not imagining things. When I went in, I was told it would cost me $50 because I didn't come in the moment I noticed it, despite having to come in 4-6 weeks too early. I refused as just getting a red dye and long hair trim cost $230 so my stylist promised to find a way to fix it and that he would call me the next day with a solution, and I'm still waiting for it! I'm incredibly disappointed and wish I hadn't completely wasted money I needed. I recommend skipping this place and finding a stylist that really understands your vision. Good luck though.

Great salon with very friendly staff. Stylists are professional and make you look your best. I've been seeing Garett for years now and he always gives me a great cut. Awesome place!

Garrett is the man to go to. His philosophy when cutting and styling your hair is to make you look as flattering as possible. I highly recommend this place and my stylist.

Have been going here for a number of years, I usually see Garrett. You can tell this is a professional place as they can be busy doing work for professional photo shoots/video, training other stylists, etc., but they always make time for you. Also they often seem to have people in there whose hair has been botched somewhere else, that they get stuck fixing the colour or whatever. High end place, reasonable prices, would recommend highly.

I had a hair miracle performed here! I had an awful experience at a popular jasper ave extension salon with my colour match with extensions. Went to the Grateful Head and Gabrielle Naomi completely transformed my yellow mismatched extensions into an icy cool blonde to match my natural hair. My hair has never looked or felt better. I owe them my confidence.
