Danielle went over what kind of hair I had currently and then created a style that works amazing with my face shape and the colors she used were awesome! There was alot of thought and consideration put into the suggestions. I liked that she explained why and was very approachable when I had questions. Color execution was consistent and flawless. My hair was very fine and felt so thin. She found a cut that feels full, easy to style and maintain, and feels healthy and strong. Very uplifting and positive experience. They also have a wealth of knowledge, and enjoy sharing and answering any questions. It was neat to learn and hear how much goes into what they consider for their clients. They're passionate about their work and it shows with the Amazing results. Will be back!

Nice people except when I went to just get my ends dyed, they over charged me majorly. I looked at the prices on the website thinking itâ€™s very reasonable. I go into the appointment with no quote and end up spending double then what the website said. I am a student who can not afford to pay so much to get my hair tips dyed. Left me a little heartbroken.

I would give 0 stars if I could.. first of all when I showed up the first time I was with a hair dresser I did not book with. I agreed to pay a crazy high price for my hair because I fell in love with a style I had found. The hair dresser said she was able to do it bit for a higher price. She did not accomplish it. I have never complained about a hair that I have got but several friends and family said i had to that it wasnt right for me to pay what I did for what I got. Even after explaining to her several times what I wanted she didnt get it was telling me that she had done stuff to my hair she had not done and i ended up leaving crying. I was late for my appointments twice i had called ahead just to make sure it was ok i was late. It seames to be. I'm a single mom and life gets busy and I had to go in to the salon 3 times just to get my hair fixed. It was never fixed. I left because I did not trust her to do my hair. They decided that 140 dollars was a good price for me to pay because I was late. Worst experience I have ever had ever.

Not sure how I feel about this place yet. Saw Laura - who kinda proved on where I usually go and said I had no loyalty - made me feel awkward. It was an overall average experience. She did a simple trim, fake conversation, and recommended the volumizing Oribe shampoo for me - which made both my scalp and my fiance's scalp irritated and itchy. Those Oribe products are expensive. One of the other stylists there helped me with getting some product and recommended a primer, which I must say has improved my hair regimen troubles. Made my next visit with Kayla to see if i'm wow'd. This place has potential, but something is amiss. They seem to have a lot of scheduling issues. Twice now, once when I had my appointment and the other day when I booked in for a treatment - that the stylist either didn't know that they had a client booked or the client was not in the schedule and the stylist said that the receptionist was new and making errors.
