I had a cut and color done by Victoria, I was so pleased with the end result. She is a very pleasant young lady , very professional and customer service driven. I definitely will return and recommend her to all my friends and family .

I had tape-in extensions installed yesterday and it was done improperly, which the hair dresser apologized for as it was quite evident. This total process also took 4 hours which should normally take 30-45 minutes. The charge was 100 so I agreed to pay half until the owner came in to fix it. I spoke to the owner today who was very defensive and told me to go see a 'professional' to get it fixed. Horrible service. I would like to say that Victoria is a sweetheart (the one that did it) but for some reason it didnt work. Faye, the owner, was very rude and denied any responsibility even though Victoria did.
