One of my friends went to see Victoria for a cut. She did an amazing job ! I went to Victoria when she was in Regina for a color and she nailed it. Very good with getting the right tone of blonde.

I took my young daughter to Chatters for a trim and she wanted couple coloured streaks. When making the appointment the receptionist said they would need to allot 2 hours to accommodate this. When we arrived the stylist said it would take longer and seemed very reluctant in doing it I was pretty open about the amount of streaks. We mentioned 2 or 3 foils but the end result was more like 10-12 foils. They did extend a discount. After the foils she coloured her entire hair purple and let it sit for another 30 minutes roughly. I assumed this was common practice and that it would wash out immediately. It did not, but I was informed after 2 or 3 washes the purple would be out. It's been about 6 days and most of it did wash out but her hair is still a darker red then before. Our total visit was about 3 hours and she didnt even trim her hair in that time. When we arrived home my daughter cried because she missed her red hair and I m no longer allowed to take her to the stylist. I could of prevented a lot of this with asking questions but just assumed it was normal with my lack of understanding regarding salons. The receptionist was great and she was on the same page as us but it just seemed like the stylist did what she wanted
