I have had the opportunity to have several services at The Headroom ~ cuts and colours. I can honestly say that each time I have been there, my wellbeing has been all of the staffs goal. During one of my appointments, I was lucky enough for it to be a teaching appointment for one of their apprentices. During that appointment, Danielle, the owner, explained so much of what the customer could be thinking, and how the stylist should be responding; watching facial expressions, asking the right questions, staying in tune with your client. I was impressed with all the teaching and training and product knowledge that this salon does. If you are looking for a leading edge salon in Grande Prairie, this would be it!

Had my hair cut and treated by Amanda S. today. Definitely a better experience here than most places I've gone. Most just cut your hair quickly and send you on your way. But I was having issues with my hair and she took the time to explain how to fix it and gave me tips about everything. You can tell she really cares about her clients hair! Will definitely be returning!

I went to the Headroom a few times so Iâ€™ve seen a few stylists. My most recent hair cut and colour was with Emma, and she was amazing! I went in there with kind of a vague description of what I wanted, and she nailed it. Itâ€™s a beautiful salon, with a wonderful owner, and all the ladies are so kind and welcoming! Iâ€™m looking forward to my next visit.

So impressed with Laura and her knowledge of curls! I normally never leave a salon with my natural curls, but I decided to give Laura a shot and she did not disappoint. My curls have never looked healthier and the knowledge Laura passed on during my time with her has allowed to me keep them looking awesome at home. Highly recommend her!!

I took my 8 year son to the north location for a hair cut last Sunday and saw Kyla. She was amazing. Haircuts can be challenging for my son - â€œit tickles too muchâ€, a lot of squirming - but Kyla was patient and kind and did an amazing hair cut that he loves. We will definitely be back. Thanks!
