Denise is amazing. And in response to the comment about her place being dirty, I've been going there for 5 years and have never ever found anything like Brittany Burt claims.

I went here for the first time today and had my hair cut by the owner (Denise?). I am so happy with it! I usually dread getting my hair cut due to previous bad experiences elsewhere but I could not be happier with how it went at D'Fy. The salon was very clean as well. It will be my go-to place from now on. ( :

I booked a haircut for my 5 year old daughter and I. The place was filthy! Other people's hair all over the floor, used foils in the sitting area and all over the place. In the sink to wash hair was filled with dirty coffee mugs. She explained she was short staffed so I let it slide but then when she started brushing my daughters hair she kept hurting her and scratching her with the brush she just ignored her and said "oh" instead of sorry. She argued about cutting her hair short like she wanted and I instructed her to cut her hair to shoulder length as it was mid way down her back. She didn't cut it to the length asked and she got my daughter to stand up while the hairdresser sat in the chair to see if it was an even length. Never ever in my life have I experienced this or seen a place so filthy. I did not go back for my haircut and my daughter and I will never return. Very disgusted and disappointed.
