My hair is red when I wanted brown and blonde balayge hair. Lauren was very unorganized and seemed confused and she kept dropping things and I believe she used the same comb on me as someone else, very sloppy, she didn't even have time to sweep floors with hair. I was quoted 200 dollars including a color cut and curl, she had no time to curl after she was behind and still charged me 200 dollars, it took 3.5 hrs, she only trimmed my hair which I wanted a trim but 200 dollars, i am very unhappy with my hair, I had three pictures with me and my hair looks nothing like them, I want to cry, I didn't want to be a redhead, my hard earned money down the drain......now I have to pay more to get it fixed in a few weeks. Would not recommend...I wish Ule was still owned the place, she was great, when she did my hair it was perfect and not red.

Lauren doesn't just "do" hair, she develops a relationship with her clients to fit the style with the personality. As an added bonus, Blow Up maintains a thoughtful attitude to the environment. Even hair trims are re-cycled. Looking forward to a long-term aff"hair" with Lauren at her beautiful vintage Rossland studio!
