WOW! These people actually know how to cut hair! I ask for Kevin or Sophie because they are the best in my opinion. But there is this one glasses girl with quite and attitude. Whenever I walk in, everyone except for her says hi. She just stares and gets back to whatever the hell she's doing. And if you are late, beware of the death glares. I'm pretty sure her name is Christine. But she is really good at hair color none the less. So, other than that girl, Ciel is definitely the best salon I have ever been to in my entire life.

The salon is beautiful and the staff are well skilled! I always get my hair dyed at Ciel and the colours are always just as I want!!!!! I recommend Loy :)

With some recent upgrades (for both quality of service and customer service) Iâ€™ve thoroughly enjoyed coming to Ciel every few weeks. The experience is calm and soothing - Iâ€™ve been flexible with hair stylists and theyâ€™ve all been wonderful.. Sophie, Loy, Megan... they also have a stamp card and 10% off for students (if youâ€™re either in high school or even university), as well as a nice scalp treatment/massage as a value-add for a limited time!!
