While the service provided is usually quite good.... Booking an appointment has been a hit and miss. Today marked the sixth time that my appointments have been missed or put on another day. Today was the last straw...I booked an appointment for my daughter. When I went to prepay for the service I got "Oh that was the other day. We didn't have a number to call." Which unfortunately is very untrue as now looking at my phone record a call was made on the same day of booking at the time of the appointment for Friday but no message was left by the salon. They stated no staff was available for Friday so no booking could have been made. Well I left my daughter's name, my phone number and very specifically mentioned Friday as this was the only day we could make it. I am very disappointed although they did offer Saturday however we would be out of town so that's why we chose Friday to come in. Anyway, we won't be going there anymore.... we're done!
