I love getting my eye brows done here . they have reslly good pricing and super friendly

WORST service I have EVER experienced, I went there to use a gift card with a balance of close to $200, she told me i could not buy anything because she didnt know how to redeem the gift card and the manager has not been in for the past 4 months with no idea of her return so pretty much too bad so sad. I refused to leave and said you can refund me my money OR I will buy some product and get some services done and use up the card as i never want to return at this point. Again, she said no sorry I cannot help you meanwhile she is sitting under a sign that legit says "gift cards sold here." She told me the gift card was not usable because it did not have a date or a name on it? I continued to tell her it was a gift from my mom who had since passed away and a gift card does not expire, it had no expiry date, is to be treated like cash and it differs from a gift certificate that rejecting the card is literally against the law, again she didn't care and told me to come back monday and she would do my eyebrows for me..... the customers that came in and out while i sat there for 2 hours waiting for her to call whoever she called were much more helpful than she was, this is the worst salon i have ever even stepped foot into and im SHOCKED they are still in business. DO NOT buy a giftcard here from them as they will not honour it and do not know how to redeem it..
