The staff are amazing. They definitely make you feel pampered. While I waited to get my hair cut, the receptionist gave me lemon water and a little Lindt chocolate. I was happy to find out that the hair products they use in a regular basis were mostly natural products (I have very sensitive skin, and This was the first salon that I had been to without having an allergic reaction).This salon also donated their time to help women in need! I support and recommend them.

I've been going here for years... even after moving to Maple Ridge I continue to come back to see Jody for her esthetician skills and Kate for hair. I now also bring my teenage daughters. It's a great atmosphere, Keith and everyone are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you Mackie Naturals and I look forward to seeing you all again in the New Year

I loved my hair experience at Mackie Naturals. I had several terrible cuts and colours with the previous hairdressers I went to. I was apprehensive to try anyone else because I was worried I would have the same experience. I first went I for a consultation, and Cherie told me which cut would flatter my curls, and offered advice on how to make my hair healthy again. The cut turned out beautifully! Then for my colour, she helped me go back to my natural colour, and gave me exactly what I asked for. I left feeling like she had exceeded my expectations. Very happy with the results, and although it was pricey, MOST salons are. It was well worth it, and it is now my go to place.
