New Image is the best! Always feel like family coming in! The ladies here are lovely, friendly, welcoming, professional and amazing at what they do! Sydney is always such a treat to see and does wonders for my hair! I went to the salon for the first time last year for a balayage with Kennedy, and won’t be going anywhere else! I’ve been back numerous times for services from cuts to colour and smoothing treatments, and each visit they make sure you’re happy with your service, and I always am! Can’t wait to keep coming back ☺️

It was my first time coming into the salon and I had stylist Jennifer. I was beyond impressed. I have a hair dye allergy and she was super accommodating and knowledgeable on that, I was hoping to tone some brass out of my hair but knowing my allergy history with dyes she didn’t recommend doing that to my scalp just in case a reaction did still occur even just with a toner which showed me she cared about my well being. so she instead still did the full style and even provided a hot towel at the sink and amazing massage. Highly recommend her for anyone with any hair allergy or scalp sensitivities. She’s very talented and knowledgeable in her craft and actually cares about you as a person and not just as a source of money which is amazing to find.

I went in for a cut and solid color. I had pictures. I asked for/pictures of a long bob with deep side bangs for a ponytail with a solid light brown color. She cut the bangs uneven and thin. My ends were a messy and very uneven although I asked for a blunt cut. As my color was setting it was oxidizing red and she told me that it was just oxidizing but would look like the picture. It turned out more auburn red and not at all light brown. I will never go back and never recommend to anyone.

Jennifer made my 1st experience there wonderful. She trimmed my hair exactly how I asked. Did not have trust in hairstylists anymore, she changed my opinion. Jennifer is a great hairstylist, I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Jennifer

Been a returning customer for years, and have never been disappointed. Between eyebrow waxing and tinting and everything hair related, I’ve loved it all. Tracey does an amazing job as a stylist. She’s worked on all my brunette and blonde needs. She’s incredibly personable and you’ll have nothing but good laughs and amazing hair done when with her! I’ll always keep coming back for more with Tracey!
