Amazing service! I go to Saika or Mai for my hair cuts and hair treatments, they do an amazing job everytime and I always show them picture of the hairstyle that I would like and Iâ€™m amazed because they do it exactly like the picture and I have been going there for about 3-4 years now and I donâ€™t think I would go anywhere else. ðŸ™‚

Excellent service! Taeko was so accommodating to every need and went above and beyond to make it such an enjoyable experience. I have a sensitive head and have had to always mention it to every hairdresser, except for Taeko! She not only was gentle but involved me in the whole process making it a smooth service all round. I absolutely loved my color and cut... couldn't be more happy!

My wife absolutely love this place. Staff are very friendly. The stylists are professionals yet sensitive to the client's needs.

Most horrible haircut ever! My hairdresser hardly spoke English, waved away my pictures of my hair and how I wanted again, and completely destroyed it. Soooooo bad! I have in writing that I would be refunded, however after weeks of messaging they have still not done it and have every ridiculous excuse for not doing so. The next day I found another place that fixed it up well, but it meant paying twice. Please save your hair and go elsewhere!!!!!!
