Had my nails done here and they are beautiful! This is a spotless salon with courteous, skilled staff offering great service! Have been to a lot of salons in the area, all the same (not in a good way)but this is something special.

Iâ€™ve been seeing Wendy for lash extensions for almost a year now. My lashes always look fabulous and natural looking. I get so many compliments on them. I highly recommend Wendy!

Update: One of the owners, reached out to ask about the experience and was very kind in her apology etc. Although I had one bad cut here, they seem like great people who want to give you the best. Give them a try if you are in the area. Recently had my regular hairdresser move away and was looking for someone new and decided to try this place as it was close to home. Worst cut I've ever had. It gets two stars instead of one as the service was fine and everyone seemed nice enough and the other girls looked like they knew what they were doing. As with most hair places if you get the right person for you it can be amazing so take this review with a grain of salt. I am just unsure why they would have someone on staff with such a low level of skill unsupervised.

I have had two bad experiences at this salon, and do not recommend this place for any hair coloring. The first time I went and had a full head of highlights done, when I got home I noticed that the entire back of my head had serious amount of bleeding from the highlights and that the color didnâ€™t go all the way to my roots. I return to the salon and am told by the stylist that it can be fixed with a toner. I respectfully asked to speak with the manager and am told that a more senior hair stylist will fix it. Great! I return to have it fixed and it seemed that she did a great job. Now itâ€™s time to have my highlights done again, I book with the stylist that fixed my hair and feel confident that things will go without a hitch. I ask for highlights and low lights and as she is taking the foils out, she says they are dark, but donâ€™t worry it will fade. After she is done styling my hair I look in the mirror and it appears that my hair is blue/purple, I say as much and am told that it isnâ€™t and that itâ€™s simply grey and the lighting makes it look that way. I get home and instantly have two people tell me my hair looks blue. Now Iâ€™ve spent the last three days washing my hair consistently hoping to get the blue out of my hair before I have to return to work.

Always a delight at The Boulevard with Wendy and Michelle making customer service top priority. This spa has such a positive, upbeat and friendly atmosphere! Great service, excellent staff. Love this place!
