Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I had to reschedule my appt, which I did a day before online. Charged me $42 even though customer service said they shouldn’t have and something was wrong. Brought it up at the salon, they did nothing. My colorist up-charged me to do a base color to color my minimal grey hair and switched me to an up-charge for a “foiliage” . My color is horrendous. Completely uneven and not even close to what I asked for. I typically don’t care and can get used to anything but it is so bad. My haircut was 35 minutes late so I waited after getting my hair colored on their dirty couch. The bathroom garage was over flowing while the girls in the front were on their phones. My haircut was great though. Laurie did a great job and I love the cut. When I was down, I checked out and gave the front desk girl the tip amount which she doubled instead of splitting. Do not recommend. Paid over $400 for the worst color job, over charged and bad experience. .
