Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I had to reschedule my appt, which I did a day before online. Charged me $42 even though customer service said they shouldn’t have and something was wrong. Brought it up at the salon, they did nothing. My colorist up-charged me to do a base color to color my minimal grey hair and switched me to an up-charge for a “foiliage” . My color is horrendous. Completely uneven and not even close to what I asked for. I typically don’t care and can get used to anything but it is so bad. My haircut was 35 minutes late so I waited after getting my hair colored on their dirty couch. The bathroom garage was over flowing while the girls in the front were on their phones. My haircut was great though. Laurie did a great job and I love the cut. When I was down, I checked out and gave the front desk girl the tip amount which she doubled instead of splitting. Do not recommend. Paid over $400 for the worst color job, over charged and bad experience. .

For this being a corporate hair salon the customer service is horrible. Not from the hair technician but front desk. It’s unpleasant to have that be the first and last interactions you have. They always carry an attitude and seem unhappy. One of the worst experiences I had was on Christmas Eve I scheduled an appt with Amanda. She was great and I loved my hair but as I was waiting in the checkout line I received a notification on my phone of my receipt. That scared me as the total amount I was charged was more and a tip was added to all without my approval. So as I approached one of the front desk girls to explain she seems just as confused she further investigated come to find out they checked out the wrong person! She apologized but said she wasn’t able to refund me because the manager had left for the day and she wasn’t authorized to. She said due to the holidays as well I won’t be getting my refund until Tuesday of the next week. She said due to the inconvenience once I’m refunded back my money todays service will be free. I told her I needed that in writing I didn’t trust anything anymore. She then went to the back room got on the phone with her manager who then approved her to refund the money now instead of waiting next week. I was glad but then the girl proceeded to say how much to pay for my service. I looked at her and said wasn’t this gonna be free of charge ? I’ve been here for over an hour sorting everything out on a holiday when I can be home with family. She said she spoke to soon and doesn’t have the authority to not charge anything but she can do 20% off the the next visit I come in. I said no your gonna do something for me now she then said she understood and gave me 50% off the service and mentioned documenting in my profile to give me 20% off the next time anyways. Truthfully I didn’t want to come back but decided to go back and get a haircut on 01/29. Again loved the hair tech but the front desk was unpleasant as always. As I was checking out they let me know my total amount and I asked if the 20% applied already. The girl seemed confused and annoyed and asked what I was talking about. I then mentioned there should be documentation of me getting 20% off . She rolled her eyes and said there was nothing here and I told her that I wanted to talk to the manager. Again the manager wasn’t there so I had to speak to someone else who I assume was the lead. I had to stand there and explain my situation all over again. It’s sad because I’m due to come back to get my hair dyed again but definitely not with how terrible things have been for me. Found another place and much happier with the customer service. Hope this review can help the company realize how much the front desk is lacking.

I was a bit disappointed with the service. For the pricing, it should have been better. My normal stylist was sick and they had to give me a substitute last minute. She spent maybe 15minutes total with me and seemed put outby it. Her pricing was astronomical for what she did. I wasn't even happy with it.

I have visited many other spa place but this place is very clean and nice interior. I got the massage from Yuki who has the professional massage skill. So relaxing after massage. Thanks 👍🏽

Going there for 10 years or so but now will find something new. So sad that they have gone down hill. I understand covid affected everyone but this location is getting worst. Rude service and horrible management. It looks like they dont care for their long term clients anymore.
