First, a positive thing to say is that my sister in law and my niece thoroughly enjoyed their facials! My experience however was not great. The girls there are really nice and sweet, but the quality of service was not great. I went the day prior to my wedding to get my nails done. The prep was perfectly fine and the girl made me feel very comfortable. When it came to actually doing my fingernails I got gel which they claimed are amazing and different than the acrylic gel nails you normally get which are "not a professional product". I paid $75 for these nails and I expected perfection. This is farthest from what I got. My one finger was filed to the point of bleeding, the nail shapes were inconsistent, and the service took forever to complete. I was willing to overlook all of this as I was getting married the next day and wanted to remain stress free. However, by that night three nails had popped off. On my left hand. I had to go back the day of my wedding to fix it. They opened later than advertised so I was left waiting, they were unapologetic and did not offer anything in compensation for the stress and time it took to fix them. They lasted the day, but by the next day two more had come off. I had to take them off myself as having them fixed again would be pointless. Not happy at all with the service, do not depend on this service here.

Thank you Michael and staff for accommodating our large bridal party! We took over the establishment and although at times I felt we should be embarrassed by our silly behaviour, you all made us feel at home and gave us excellent services! We had a great day! Thank you for taking us on!

This place tries to look like a professional salon but the stylists are no better than other salons in the area. It's pretty funny. The only similarity they have to a modern city salon is their snobby attitudes. They totally ruined my hair colour and relentlessly defended themselves without apologizing or offering to fix it. Awful service.

A fantastic first visit. My massage with Dave was AWESOME. Everyone should go!!! I even got a foot soak - I'm hooked!
