I asked for a trip my layers fixed up and my hair thinned out. She trimmed my hair then told me i didnt have layers. She did my hair how she thought it should be done then tryed to push products on me. I am not happy with the end result of my hair its uneven and not what i wanted at all. I will not be going back

A few ladies here were nice but everyone basicly refused to cut my toddlers hair. Of course toddlers cry when you cut their hair. If you offer children and toddler cuts you should be willing to work with them.

Absolutely horrible experience. No one seemed to know what they were doing and the customer service was so horrific I will never step foot into this salon again! Don't waste your time!
