My husband is 76 years old and hasn't got much hair. AND, out front there's a sign advertising $12.95 or 97 for a haircut. He paid $17.95 with tax. He didn't have his hair washed. He brought up what the sign said and she said he didn't get that kind of cut. He goes to either the Massena or Potsdam WalMart all the time for his cuts. Is it customary to take advantage of senior citizens and fleece them?? Maureen Klages

Very friendly stylist, but lacking skill. I had lots of long hairs left uncut around my ears. I also had spots where the cutter went too close to my scalp. It was probably the worst haircut I've had in decades. Friendly people, but Lordy they need more training.

Walked in to get a hair cut and a beard trim for the person I was with. We asked for just that, a hair cut and a beard trim. Half way through the hair cut the girl said she didn't have enough time to finish it up! Paid 15$ for half a hair cut with bald spots where she took the shaver too close and no beard trim.. I will NEVER return. I'll go to an actual salon first.
