A great salon. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They are superbly trained and really go the extra mile for their clients. Coffee/tea/water is offered while you wait. Have never been disappointed by a visit. Their app is very helpful in researching their talent and booking appointments When you've found someone you think works wonders on you, you tend to stick with them. But booking fills up fast!!! Very talented staff!!!

It's a pleasant experience from the second you walk in the door. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This is my second visit and both times I have had Rae cut my hair. She has done an excellent job both times, I am super picky with my cut like most ladies, but since I have a pixie cut and very fine hair, I need every really good cut and that's what Rae gave me! I will definitely continue to go back! Thanks Rae!!

Love visiting Valentino’s. The front desk is so welcoming and friendly when you walk through the door. Paige is such a doll. Vanessa and Robyn are my hair goddesses! I always leave feeling happy and confident. They never disappointment and both take their time to listen to my wants and needs for my hair. Thank you girls for always making my visits enjoyable, fun and relaxing! ☺️

The expertise and staff are truly exceptional. I have naturally black hair and I used to do my roots every 3 - 4 weeks. I have started to embrace my gray and Izabel does a phenomenal job blending the gray and natural dark base colour to give it a salt and pepper look but at the same time....very trendy with purple mixed it in. Now I colour my hair every 4 months! I have had so many people (women and men) comment on my hair colour when in fact...it's just the grey blending in! Who would of though. Izabel is a genius!!!

I've been going to Valentino's in Whitby for a while now, I drive 1 hour to get there, and it's completely worth it. For myself I like the fact I don't have to keep one particular hair stylist, they're all excellent. The salon is also nice; the staff fabulously fabulous.
