Late for appointments multiple times now with no apology. So disorganized! Also a bit dirty inside - it always looks like its in need of a good vacuuming and overall update. If you’re going to offer slippers in the winter season at least make sure they’re clean - or better yet, plastic! You just place them back on the rack (not in a used basket) so, essentially you could be wearing the slippers someone’s sweaty feet were just in. Gross. Won’t be returning.

I never leave reviews however, I’m extremely impressed with 91 Waterloo. Go see Jason! He is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. The environment of 91 Waterloo is extremely welcoming and has a beautiful aesthetic. My hair looks amazing and I left the salon feeling confident! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

After several years of accompanying and waiting for my wife while she had her hair done (she doesn’t drive), I decided to have my hair cut here. Krystle does a great job, she listens to what I want and I am 100% satisfied. Another thing I really appreciate is unlike the previous location there is ample free parking. I wish Jay and his team all the best and continued success.

I've been coming to Eros Hair Studio for about 10 years now and leave happy every single time. I won't let anyone else touch the colour of my hair. Naturally a brunette but have been blonde ever since. It's not easy trusting someone with creating a fine balance between being blonde and maintaining healthy hair. Jay has been on point in doing so! He is extremely nice, professional and wants to ensure his clients leave happy.
