Love going here it is busy at times, what place isn't?, but the wait is worth it. Victoria always does a superb Job!!!

Usually satisfied with this location. Unfortunately that was not the case on my last visit. Had a good discussion with haircutter lady about how I wanted my hairs cut. She seemed to ignore my request and began to cut it differently than we had discussed. To the point that the only way to fix it was to shave my whole head. Not what I wanted when I walked in. It's really hit and miss with regards to hairdresser ability. Not always the same people working in there which really takes away from having a favorite hairdresser that you would like to have your hairs cut by. The kicker with all of this is that the only words the lady had for me was "I'm sorry I dropped the ball about your haircut". She said that just before she charged me for the haircut I didn't want.
