Best salon you will ever go to! I get so many compliments on my hair. I've been a patron for over 20 years and recommend it to all my friends & family. Staff is friendly, funny, honest, and professional. You won't be disappointed:-)

I highly recommend this salon. When my family comes here for a haircut, we are treated like family. They are experts at cutting, styling, very reasonable prices, great quality service and are always so friendly. Rafael and Tabitha usually do our hair. They are amazing!!! We are always so happy with our haircuts that we won’t go anywhere else. Even when I call at the last minute, Nina always finds a way to accommodate us. We have been coming here for over 5 years!!!

This place is amazing! They have the best service and amazing staff. They are always so courtesy, friendly and always ensure I’m satisfied with my colour and cut. Jade and Kayla are always on point, they are super friendly and I’m always so happy when I leave!!! PS - The cappuccino’s are so yummy!

I've been going to xpressions for YEARS! I just love it there. Everybody is super friendly and you always feel like family. Patty and Nina are always super accommodating, and my stylists Paula and Nancy are just amazing (but then again they all are). If you're looking for an new hair salon in Durham region this is the place to go.

This salon sucks big time. My daughter went to have her hair done. Highlights and cut. My daughter left in tears, her hair was cut just below her jaw when she wanted it just grazing her collar. I called to complain because she is too quiet and because she paid a lot of money, almost $200 for highlights which were mostly cut off. They refused to acknowledge their mistake offered nothing as a credit for a later date. And the girl hung up on me because she said I was talking to loud. Well if she would just shut up and let me speak I wouldn't have had to raise my voice. Terrible service. Jade cut her hair too short and didn't listen to what my daughter wanted. Should have know better. My sister had gone there and was never happy with the outcome. Probably why they downsized. Save your money or not and go to Valentino's grand salon a much better experience.
