Went there to get a trim and layers. Asked her a trim and I told her the type of layers I wanted, I got scoffed at, and she did her thing. You couldn’t even tell a difference, split ends we’re still there after I told her to get rid of them, and absolutely no layers were put it, still the same length all around, I checked. And $20 for literally just a cm taken off the ends?! What a rip off, i want my money back, I could’ve done the cut myself, the process with 2 minuets long and then done. Didn’t help that she was so so snotty and got even worse when I didn’t tip her.

So much better then that other place by Shoppers! Great Clips has an APP so you don' t have to wait in line just check in on the App and show up, almost no wait time if any!

Well I went into great clips to get a haircut, now I was waiting for my turn, it was a hot day and I was looking at their procedure. Here is what I saw, upon finishing cutting a clients hair, I noticed an absence of the blue bottle disinfectant that hair cutters soak their combs and other tools used to cut hair in, so my turn was up next, I said your not going to cut my hair with that are you, she looked stunned, what do you mean she asked, I said is it not policy to soak these in disinfectant before you cut another persons hair, she did not know what to say, but I did, I said I am out of here. How do you know what condition the other persons head is in and what you might pick up, you don"t, thats why I left and would never go back their again.Well out of fairness and respect for the owner who asked for the location of the business its Yonge st and Big Bay point in Barries south end, now you know where you need to take action.
