My favorite nail salon in Muskoka that I have tried, and I have tried almost every single one. Very kind and professional. They do a great job to give me the exact nails I want that will last for weeks. 😊

Would not recommend for shellac manicure. Pedicure was ok, which is why I gave two stars. "Shellac" manicure chipped less than 24 hours, and fully peeled off by day 3. They did my manicure and pedicure at the same time while I was in the pedicure chair. Which meant they plugged in an extension cord which dangled over the tub of water my feet were in and had the power bar resting on my lap! It was uncomfortable, awkward and in my opinion a bit dangerous. The manicure was messy and shellac applied so sloppy that my nail was shellaced (basically glued) to my finger tip skin and all over the cuticles. They didn't do any cuticle trimming at all. I would highly recommend avoiding this place for manicures. Regular pedicures are fine though.

All I will state in this review are facts. 1. When my niece and I showed up, after calling ahead, we told them we wanted two full acrylic sets and she wanted red tips. 2. We were made to wait 18 minutes before we were finally taken. 3.I reminded the workers there 7 times what colors I wanted for my nails, and after I would show them which colors-they would take them from me but clearly not giving it to the next person they sent me to. 4. In the two hours it took the four employees to finish just my nails alone, I had been serviced by everyone in the salon from what I could tell. 5. The average price of a full acrylic set of standard length, coffin shaped, is $45.00. They charged me $65.00 plus tax. 6. Each person working on my nails cut me. I have a total of five cuts on various fingers. They did treat it with polysporin. They also continued to use the same tools after the fact. 7.Remembering that I told them at the beginning of the visit that my niece wanted red tips, she ended up with the permanent white tips that were painted red. (They didnt look great in my opinion) 8.My nieces fingers were cut during her service. 9.i asked the gentleman for almond shape, he was starting to make it appear more round than anything, (not his fault, likely just lack of training). The woman that took over lastly tried her best to correct the shape, and apologized for whatever shape I had. 10. The same lady told me if I didnt like it, I was welcome to return and they would fix it for me. 11. I chose to remove the nails myself after having them on for three days. My index finger was sensitive to the touch, (likely due to them cutting me), and overall just felt uncomfortable. 12. I was told by two friends on separate occasions that they made my nails look as though they grow upwards. Normally I'd be happy to return to any establishment and give them a second chance, because sometimes people are off their game. That being said, with all the different things I experienced during my first, and likely only, visit-I dont feel confident enough to return based on my first encounter. No pics because I took the nails off before i could take any.

Called ahead to make an apt but still had to wait 45 mins to be seen. The man was extremely rude, did not want to hear what I wanted for my nails. Told me to “let him do his job” and “wait until I’m done”. There was another woman in the salon trying to explain what she wanted and the woman told her “no that’s wrong that’s not how polish her is removed”. After trying to plead with her for about 5 minutes to take the polish off in a way that didn’t involve the drill looking tool, the woman began to walk out, but stopped to tell me that this place had ruined her nails. After my polish was taken off of 6 fingers, I said I didn’t want any colour and I wanted to leave. He charged me $15 to take polish off of 6 nails. It was insane. Both the man and woman proceeded to stare me down as I left and got into my car, which was parked right out front. I had heard bad things about this place but living and working in town myself I wanted to support and give them a chance. Will definitely not recommend or ever go back. Brutal service.

Yes they are expensive but that’s because they are in cottage county with no real competition so they can charge more. That being said the work done was amazing. The staff where super nice and they have SO MANY choices or shellac. They clearly keep up to trend with nail art as they had chrome powders, holographic nail polish and other special products for the same price as a basic pink. Loved it good spot for when I’m on vacation.
