This was my first visit and I’m really happy with my cut. I found the staff to be courteous and quick, given this is a busy location. The check in app is pretty awesome. The stylist gave helpful advice on hair care (curls trying to survive in hard water ☺️) and the interaction during the cut was relaxed. The advice wasn’t unsolicited and felt honest. My only regret is not remembering the young lady’s name that cut my hair. She was more than happy to cut my layers a bit shorter after the initial cut. I don’t think I’ve ever had that experience before. Very down to earth. I will be a repeat customer.

While I received a fantastic haircut, totally unsatisfied with the entire check in and waiting process. Been trying to get a cut for the past 4 days but the wait times showing were always in excess of 45 minutes. Finally had to do it yesterday. Started the check in process showing 40 minutes and at completion it had jumped to 47 min. I ran a few errands and during that time a few more minutes were added, it turned in to 55 minutes total. When i arrived there were 7 people waiting plus about 4 more checkins showing on the system and a few walking ins were told it would be about an hour and a half wait. The problem was only 2 stylists were working and apparently new coupons were just released. The guy ahead of me paid less than $10 I paid more than $20. It was a great cut well worth it...but the system is broken. When this location opened last year they had 4 or 5 stylists working and that number has slowly declined. I will give them one more chance in a few weeks, however, there are other options.

My husband just came back from having his haircut. Looks great. He is very satisfied and said the service was amazing and the lady who cut his hair was very pleasant. This is his second visit and very satisfied both times. I will be getting mine cut next week at Great Clips also!

We have been there 5 times 3 times for my son . They have done an excellent job every time we went . Very kind to us and helpful thank you :)

Love that they have a check in app. So I don't have to wait there for an hour. I check in home and show up 5min before im due. It's awesome. They also keep a record of your previous cuts so you can literally say " I have the same as last time" and then they do it. No idea why every chain doesn't operate this way.
