If you're getting your hair done by Rochelle, you won't be disappointed! She's amazing and listens to what you like done! I loved my hair after she colored it.
Unfortunately the last time I went in Rochelle was on mat leave so another lady did my hair who has done it once before. I should have waited but I figured she would listen to me this time.. apparently not. I left Hair Sensations crying for the second time this lady has touched my hair. I asked for blonde, caramel & chocolate brown highlights, easy enough.. I left with a few streaks of blonde and a mixture of brown, no chocolate brown in sight.. Dawn told me I'll notice the color after a few washes? ... and a simple trim of the split ends off turns into a hack job. My hair has been layered since I was in high school and she cut straight areas. It doesn't look right when it's all down. She couldn't even straighten my hair - I had to put it up with bobby pins because asking for straight hair is too much to ask for.
The ONLY time I'll go back to this place is when Rochelle is back. Otherwise I have been looking for a new hairdresser!
