Disappointed with Bait-and-Switch and Poor Customer Service

Disappointing experience at this salon. I booked an appointment with Barby but was unexpectedly assigned an apprentice without prior notice, while still being charged full price for a senior stylist. The bangs I requested looked nothing like my reference photos - choppy and uneven. When I expressed dissatisfaction, the stylist became defensive and emotionally manipulative. She claimed no one had ever criticized her before, made me feel guilty, and dismissed my concerns. Most alarming, she took photos of my face and hair without consent, which felt invasive. The unprofessional service, lack of transparency, and inappropriate response to feedback make it impossible for me to recommend this salon.

This is the coolest hair studio & salon I've ever been to. Barby has definitely nailed the Rock & Roll vibe. Lots of cool pictures and memorabilia to take in while getting your mop chopped. I believe my previous barber has now been replaced. So glad I dropped in. Thanks Barby!
