Rip Off

My wife broke her wrist and needed her hair washed and dried. $47.50. Seriously? She had it washed, cut, and styled for $30 at another place in town (Grondons). Never again! And I will let people know. What a rip off!

Terrible customer service. No sign outside or inside to see front counter before taking a seat (all places I've been to are first come first serve unless you have an appointment) instead of informing me they just stared and provided no assistance what so ever

Too expensive!! And they quote you one price and charge another. Not very professional.

Worst experience ever. Before going in my daughter and I both had very long hair and I specified how much to cut off on my daughters hair and mine and they went way shorter than I wanted. On top of that it's completely uneven. The stylists were not the friendliest and my stylist didn't even look like she wanted to be cutting my hair. I even showed her a picture of how I wanted it which was suppose to be layered and it's not. One side does not match the other and now it will have to be cut shorter to even fix it. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND I DONT SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HAIR BUTCHERED.

Some of them girls need there lience revoked. Or maybe pay attention to what the costomer wants and if your not that confident in doing it then have so one else do it don't just wing it
