Friend said she liked it, hair looked alright when I seen it, however, isn't that the usual outcome when one comes out of a Salon!! This Salon is Family owned and Operated amd seems to be popular here in Northeast London. If you did find my review/information helpful, please 'smash' that thumbs up button! ... Thank-you.

I took myself and my son there to get our hair cut. The woman and her son were very pleasant while we were there. I had specifically said I didn't want barely anything off my length (hair almost to my behind) and just wanted some layers. Well by the time the woman was finished cutting my hair I had more than 4 inches taken off my length and said it was shorter than I had requested but she assured me it was not. She left my hair wet and my natural curl in when I left so I did not notice my hair until I went home and straightened it, that is when I noticed how bad it really was. Its completely choppy and extremely uneven. there is no way i can wear my hair down and the length is way shorter even then I originally thought. when I called to complain and said I wanted my money back the man said this must have been what I asked for and is refusing to give me my money back. I cant believe how they can screw someones hair up so bad and not responsibility for it and give me money back so I can go somewhere else for someone to fix their very huge mistake. they did offer me to fix it, but honestly there is no trust there for that to happen, its even going to take another hair dresser to cut about another 2-3 inches off just to fix it. this is all completely unacceptable.

Had my eyebrows threaded by Zaina. She did an amazing job! Gave me tips to try and shape and grow them in more. Will be returning and would recommend to anyone!
