We had Shawn and his talented team come do 10 ladies' hair and makeup for our cottage wedding July 2017. They did such a phenomenal job and we were so happy! They made the morning fun, relaxing, and stress-free and everyone was really happy with their hair and makeup. Thank you guys!

Let me tell you about the fantastic experience I had working with Shawn for my June 2017 wedding. My hair and make-up trial went exceptionally well in early May, and was really able to delivered exactly the look I wanted. He really listen to what I wanted, and even worked in my head piece for the complete affect and didnâ€™t just go ahead with his own plan. He worked with the few pictures that I showed him, and he adapted them to work with my hair and complexion. We tried eye lash extensions, and different make up colors to ensure I would photograph well on my special day. I had very high expectations from going to many of the top Yorkville Salons and working with a hairstylist from the Bumble and Bumble academy. All of who have subsequently have complimented, on the great job he achieved with my hair and make-up from the posted pictures. On my wedding day it was very special experience with all the laughter and excitement of getting ready with Shawn. It was planned that Shawn would include my Mom and sister, but he took it all in stride when my Mother in law also needed his services and special touch. My Mom, mother in law and sister were so pleased with his work. Shawn was totally prepared with kit and supplies and able to handle everyoneâ€™s generational styles. My sister met Shawn for the first time at the wedding and her husband couldn't get over how stunning she looked with her up-do and make up. Shawn went totally beyond expectations, even stepping in to assisted my mom with the corset lacing. I very lucky he was there; having it tied properly was important for the dress shape, as well as fit. In the excitement of the day it was a bit complicated and beyond my Mom. The feedback from my friends and guests was outstanding and my up-do was so exceptional and comfortable that I didn't change in for the reception as originally planned.

I'm very shocked by one of the previous reviews!! I've been a customer for a long, long time and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Shawn! Most brides I know who have booked with Ommmh/Shawn have had glowing comments and feedback (much like the other bridal review)!!
