Waited about a week for an appointment with one of their only stylists who can do an olaplex treatment, color, and cut. Arrived on time for my appointment. Left after waiting for 15 minutes with no word of explanation or apology from anyone. This isn't a doctor's office... I'm not wasting my time waiting here. If you have a treatment coming up that is going to cost your client potentially hundreds of dollars (I have a lot of hair)... don't make them wait.

Been with my hairdresser for over 19 years and when she moved to Angeles Dalhousie, so did I. It's fine through many changes in the past few years, and I still get great, friendly service.

Love it there, very friendly staff, nice ambience and Cindy does a great job on cut and colors.

Lauren is honestly the only person you should be going to. She can do literally anything and make it look good. Although the price is quite high at 50 dollars. Well worth it if you go the right person
