Went there for a very small service, and I was late by about 7 minutes. I apologized many times but they were still quite snarky and rude. When I tried to tell the stylist what I wanted, he said the service was free and completely basic. None the less I still waited to pay the stylist, but the reception continued talking on the phone, and ignored me standing there ... not even a simple gesture of hold on a second or something... until I just left. Good thing I didn't book a full haircut ...

I never write reviews, but this experience literally ruined my day. I took my daughter for a simple trim. The stylest shampooed, dried and curled her hair; then charged me $40. I asked for a simple trim, that is all. I had to pay for far more than I asked for. She then was to provide myself with a basic brow wax. Absolutely horrible and painful experience! First of all, this usually takes 10 mins she took 35! 1. To much wax used (wasn't able to clean it off my brows, cheek or hair afterwards). Didnt seem to care. Showed me the finished result with wax still on my brows, nose and cheek. When I asked her to clean it off, she said "Im not sure I can..." and yes it was still on my face when I left to walk.through the mall. 2. Pulled out my head hair (did not pin it back and got wax in it and pulled it out with the cotton strips) 3. Pulled up instead of accross. 6 hours later I am still red and swollen, have blood spots and a burning sensation. 4. The brows are not symmetrical 5. AND she left me a bald spot on the left side. It looks aweful and will take weeks to grow in. I was almost in tears from the pain. I have had brow waxes for 25 years and have never had this experience. The only plus: The Manager was wonderful and truly looked upset with how I was feeling and showed great concern. I only hope she followed my suggestion to not let that gal do this to anyone else.

First time here. Was expecting a professional cut for fine short hair but was disappointed. Hair was cut with razor to add volume however I felt it only messed up the hair making it short and long in awkward places and left me with a difficult cut to deal with on a daily basis. Will not return.
