See my original post below: I changed my rating from 1 star to 4. The reason why is because the salon manager, Robyn took the time to listen to my bad experience the first time and rebooked me in with her educator, Mike, who did a fantastic job on my hair and gave me good customer service. I am glad they took the time to fix my hair and now I am happier with the outcome! I will consider going back to diva now and booking with Mike instead. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Overpriced for a mediocre, if best, haircut. Save your money. It cost me over $75 for a TRIM basically, not even an inch was cut. Also, my hairstylist didn't give the greatest customer service either ... I definitely won't be going back to diva and I don't recommend this place to anyone else.

Hadnâ€™t got my eyebrows done by someone else in over ten years but I trusted Debby to thread them and she was AMAZING!!! Made me feel so comfortable during the whole experience and they look SOOO GOOOD!! I would 100% recommend going to see her!

I got a cut and color about a month ago. Friendly service but the color has faded extremely even with Color safe shampoo. I paid $500 so I am not happy. When I called to speak to management they told me they would look into it and get back to me... Still waiting. I am disappointed.

Great Diva location, I really like the staff at Diva Seton. I buy all my lipstick here, Aveda lipstick is the best in my opinion

I recently came in for a haircut and expected a relaxing experience. My stylist rushed through the scalp massage and was so rough that my scalp is now raw. I ended up leaving with a headache. Although I showed her pictures of what I wanted and asked her to make corrections to the cut, she still didnâ€™t do what I asked. I wonâ€™t be coming back. I was so disappointed with my experience.
