I changed my rating from 1 star to 4. The reason why is because the salon manager, Robyn took the time to listen to my bad experience the first time and rebooked me in with her educator, Mike, who did a fantastic job on my hair and gave me good customer service. I am glad they took the time to fix my hair and now I am happier with the outcome! I will consider going back to diva now and booking with Mike instead.

Overpriced for a mediocre, if best, haircut. Save your money. It cost me over $75 for a TRIM basically, not even an inch was cut. Also, my hairstylist didn't give the greatest customer service either ... I definitely won't be going back to diva and I don't recommend this place to anyone else.
