10/10 for this place / excellent in attentiveness, skillful, they helped me decide right color and recommended only the required cut, I was impressed that they donâ€™t oversell or push / I was greeted at the door and offer tea/coffee or water/ this is a all Chinese staff and lots of Chinese clients come here but they offer me English magazine immediately / Easter Day so I parked in curb lane as slots were full. When a parking slot opened up I was looking out, staff recognized my need and she parked my car for me as I was in between my treatment. Kudos for having hot air machine to avoid your hair getting too cold from color lotion,Cotton balls for ears to protect from water. Not many salons take such good care.

Frankly, I don't understand all the stellar reviews here. Ivy was busy chatting with a friend while cutting my hair. Didn't ask what I wanted, but more decided pretty forcefully what hairstyle I should have, Hair was unbalanced and uneven in multiple spots. So disappointed. Doubt that Ivy cares. Cannot recommend a place that clearly doesn't care about their customers equally

Ivy and Joey are amazing hair stylists and Cathine is hilarious. It is worth the 30 min drive for me everytime as I have never found anyone else in the city that can do what they do. On top of that, they don't charge a gold bar to just crop men's hair unlike most of these barber shops.

My son is very picky about his haircut. We tried many different hair salons every time he needed a haircut. Finally, he enjoyed today's experience and decided to return to this place next time. Thank you!
