You think you're getting a less $ expensive hairdo. But when they add on all the extras that you think are included, it's Not that good a deal! Hairdressers here are Not as well trained nor experienced as at more professional salons.

I have been a loyal customer for 3 years at this location. I was here 2 weeks ago for an emergency haircut. I showed up about 15 min before close just to get a haircut and the two workers were debating if they should take me in or not--right in front of me! Of course I got the typical eye roll and they took me in. The whole time I sat in that chair, they both were discussing out loud about the cut off time to accept clients and more. I was there for a total of 15 min and I felt like I got caught stealing. I was put on the spot. I felt so embarrassed as there was another customer there as well. Because she was rushing me, she completely botched my hair and cut it too short. I ended up paying just over $26 for an unwanted haircut and to be humiliated. I even called the manager to complain about this unacceptable behaviour. She apologized but nothing more. I am never going back to this location again. Way to go!

Normally I have a good experience with this place but sometimes I get someone who's constantly swearing under their breath but other than that this location is pretty good

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Was told it would be a 30 minute wait... After an hour and a half I walked out. It wasn't even busy... Had two people there when I got there... One when I left... And the 1 other person walked out about 30 minutes before I did. This was a Thursday afternoon. Completely unacceptable.
