Not very happy with few other places I have tried since moving to Edmonton 3 yrs ago.. Been coming back to Great Clips on 97 th now for almost a year.. Couple times may have been bit shorter than I wanted but always a nice cut.. My hair grows fast so not a big concern.. Today had the pleasure of meeting Anna who cut my hair .. Very nice lady,easy to chat with and gave me some hair care tips.. She done a great job...

I absolutely hated my cut. I asked for a bob cut and showed her a picture of Lucy Hale. The lady had no manners and she spent literally 5 minutes axing my hair with this tool that hurt so bad. I wouldn't come back again, and neither should you.

I'm pretty easy when it comes to hair cuts with just a basic cut so I can't rate their other services. I used the online check in from their app and was served as soon as I got there. The service is quick and the staff is always friendly.

Other great clips are Great! This one, terrible. Would recommend the One Salon nearby or Super cuts nearby to save your head from disaster if you had to get it from this neighbourhood.

Had a horrible experience with Selma. I showed her a picture of the cut I was going for which was fitting for my hair texture. The length was an extra two inches shorter than what I had asked. Asked for layers in front and basically got a bowl cut around my head on top of the longer hair. A complete disappointment. Avoid this place. Theres a much better reasonably priced place at Castledowns!
